It starts off really well

This is one of those run-of-the-mill entertainments where you can’t really fault the acting and the production values are pretty much flawless.
But this is not John Le Carré
You think you’re about to be sucked in and seduced by a complex spy thriller. Instead, you quickly realize that it is neither serious nor funny. As is so often the case these days, it is the lack of story that is the problem.
Sadly disappointing, it could have been really good
There are original characters and indeed characters with all the charm and conversational wit that one expects from psychopaths. They might be related to Eve from Killing Eve but they are poor cousins and don’t really add up well on the psychopath DNA inheritance scale. This is a cartoon caricature of a spy thriller with a script that relies on a thin plot and frequent action scenes to fill in the blanks.
